I have over 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist working in New York, California and Pennsylvania. My background as a therapist, my own exploration of meditation and my own practice as a painter and writer all inform my work with my coaching clients.
My main goal is to help creatives discover their unique voice, build confidence, move through blocks and bring their inner wisdom and presence to their work.
